Under eye filler taught with cannula technique, patient selection and the honest assessment skills that stop this treatment going wrong.
Tear trough is where good injectors are separated from confident ones. The margin for error is tiny, the skin is thin, and mistakes here last years rather than months.
The most valuable thing this course teaches is patient selection. You will learn to identify who is genuinely suitable and, more importantly, who is not, because most tear trough complications are selection failures rather than technique failures.
You then learn cannula technique, correct depth, product choice and volume, and how to manage the Tyndall effect and persistent puffiness if they occur.
